I am an ASCHP accredited Specialist Wellness Counsellor and I have my BA (HSS) Psychological Counselling degree and BA (Hons) degree in Psychology.

I offer online Christian based counselling. This approach incorporates a biblical understanding of how we’re intentionally made, as psychological, physical and spiritual beings. We hold that all three of these dimensions play a vital part in our mental wellbeing, our health and our happiness.

In this holistic approach we strive to evoke hope, empower, awaken purpose, stir passion and inspire individuals to step out and begin to truly live and thrive.
